Reginald Tshabalala graduated from the university of Pretoria in 2000 with an LLB Degree and AIPSA Post-graduate diploma in insolvency law and practice. He served his articles in a law firm in Sandton in 2001 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2002. He was admitted as a conveyancer in 2005 and as a notary public in 2007. After practising for a while with a law firm in Sandton, he established Tshabalala Attorneys, Notaries and Conveyancers in 2008. He specializes in commercial law and litigation, dispute resolution, real estate (conveyancing), marriage contracts, property law and notarial practice.

He serves on the boards of some of the non-profit entities. He’s a regular commentator on legal matters for various television programmes such as Carte Blanche, eNCA and SABC news. Reginald is a strategic thinker who provides guidance and leadership to the team. He has a passion for educating and uplifting members of the community by using the law firm and his position as the Deputy Chairperson of the boards of the various non-profit entities he serves in. He strives to give opportunities to young professionals and to empower them with tools to succeed and add value to the legal profession.

Wendy Edwards is the manager of the real estate (conveyancing) department and has been specializing as such for the past twelve years. She is primarily responsible for ensuring that all the transactions are attended to with efficiency and that the interests of all parties to the transactions are looked after.
